Description : This System is used to keep track in order to have the complete information regarding the status, statistics, budgeting information of the whole Visa Remedial Department. It is basically a tracking system for all the bank's Visa Remedial Customers, It generates all the reports required by the Management, There'll be more than 30 users who have inquiry access of this system and almost 10 who have data capturing access.

Description : This is another tracking system for VISA Collection Section, The goal of this system is to upload data of Delinquent Customers from mainframes and keep history information of customer's Delinquency, plus it manage the collections of collectors and generate Collection reports of every single collector and a summary report of overall collections of Collection Department, on the base of collection summary report it generates the incentives for the collectors, This system is also generating lots of statistics and Graphs for the Higher Management to keep an eye on the department's activity and status, There are more then 60 users of this system with different access levels.
